I am wondering if anyone has a process for when a New Hire is assigned On-boarding tasks but has not completed all the tasks before they are terminated?
The on-boarding tasks have At Risks and Overdue dates and notifications are sent out for those that are At Risk or Overdue.
The On-boarding program shows that the Resource's on-boarding program is still in process, even if that resource gets terminated.
This becomes an even bigger issue if the Resource has that program hanging out there and then is rehired and assigned New On-boarding tasks.
I would appreciate knowing how this is being handled.
