We are currently in the process of deploying TA to our facilities in Mexico (if you have time, please take a look at the TA enhancements - we've been submitting several around specific areas that don't translate correctly!)
We have run into an issue with our offer letter creation. We store our Mexico salaries as annual rates in HR Talent, but our TA team there would like the salary to be listed in monthly terms on the offer letter itself. I know there are derived fields to get monthly rate on the GHR side of the house but don't see anything similar for Candidates. Guessing it is not there but wanted to check! Is there anything that could be done to achieve this automatically, or will they just need to calculate the rate manually and update the offer letters manually each time?
Wanted to be sure there wasn't a trick I was missing.
