Employee Referrals

We have employee referral bonuses for certain job reqs. We are putting the amount in the Bonus field on the job req. We are having to pull reports to match up the applicant to the employee who referred them. It's not an easy process. Is anyone tracking employee referral bonuses in Infor a different way? Hopefully there is an easier way to do this.

We have issues tracking employee referral bonuses as well. We currently enter the amount into a bonus field on the requisition and then when the candidate applies, the source options include a source for employee referral where they are supposed to input the name of the employee who referred them. It is then a lot of report running to reconcile and determine accurate payouts. We are exploring options to improve the process but will likely be configuration console work. Following this thread if anybody has found an easier way to do this.
