We have struggled trying to fully embrace the direct scheduling tool in the system and was wondering if anyone has had success and would be willing to share best practices with us?
I was wondering if anyone encountered problems with the access-rigths of the cronofy appwhich is integrated?
We asked Infor for calendar access only vs. the current read.email and apparently there is nothing planned - our Data security officer has a major problem with this so we are currently not allowed to use it.
If anyone can share best practise not using it but scheduling with another tool that would be helpful too.
