For years, we imagined AI would radically transform the world we live in. For hospitality, that meant automating decisions, optimizing operations, and fundamentally changing how properties run. Instead, much of what we see today revolves around chatbots, simple automation, and tools that barely scratch the surface of what the technology could actually do.
Question:
If AI could act like an “invisible GM” in your operation (proactively spotting problems and suggesting actions, etc.), what’s the first thing you’d want it to manage or optimize?
I'm interested to hear your thoughts and rationale on where AI could make the biggest impact.
